Setting Goals

There are three things that I want to change through mt camp life.
First, No sweet snacks
Second, do exercising 
Third, using cellphone 1hour in a day.

There are each 3steps to accomplish these goals.
Goal1. No sweets
 step1. Eat many vegetables
 step2. Don't try to get sweet snacks
 step3. Eat fruit as much as you can

Goal2. Do exercising
 step1. Don't be lazy
 step2. Exercise at least 5min
 step3. Don't miss a day exercising

Goal3. Use cellphone 1hour a day
 step1. Turn it off when you don't use them
 step2. Don't use phone, unless you need it
 step3. Don't try to do something with the phone
